Challenge

Four factories. Four data realities. One premium service promise.

Duscholux had four factories, each with its own warranty and serial number data format. The team manually reminded factory contacts, validated files, transformed formats, monitored imports and handled a special enrichment flow for Spain.

When the project started, only around 60% of warranty numbers were reliably available in the systems, while the brand expectation was that warranty data should be complete and accessible for customers, dealers and installers.

Onix designed and built an automation layer using Azure Logic Apps, Azure App Service, a Next.js admin panel, PIM API integration, email notifications and SharePoint / OneDrive.
